    • Any email addresses used to communicate with us.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 business days.
  • We will verify your identity to ensure that the request is legitimate.
  • Upon verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data from our active databases and systems within 30 days.
  • We will notify you once the deletion process is complete.

Exceptions

Please note that we may retain certain data as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Any retained data will remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
